  • Poached Pear with a Broccoli, Potato and Walnut Salad bound with Stilton Mayonnaise
  • Spaghetti with a Smoked Salmon, Tomato and Dill Sauce
  • Deep Fried Spicy Chicken Goujons served with a Mint and Cucumber Yoghurt
  • Pan Fried Red Mullet served on a Pea Risotto and drizzled with a Lemon and Herb Butter
  • Pan Fried Calves Liver with Bacon served on Mashed Potato and Onion Gravy
  • Grilled Pork Chop with a Cheesy Parsley Sauce
  • Roast Sirloin of Beef with Yorkshire Pudding
