  • Roasted Pumpkin Soup
  • Prawn, Avocado and Crab Cocktail served with Rustic bread
  • Butterfly of Melon with Tropical Fruits on a Peach Coulis
  • Hock Terrine with a Caramelised onion compote and Melba Toasts
  • "Posh Fish and Chips" - Cod served on a Pea Puree accompanied with Potato Straws and Tartare Sauce
  • Sorbet:- “Snowball"
  • Traditional Roast Breast of Turkey with Sage and Onion Seasoning, Bacon wrapped Chipolata and Cranberry Sauce
  • Roast Sirloin of Beef with Yorkshire Pudding
  • Rack of Lamb with a Herb Crust served with Marsala Sauce
  • Red Mullet on a Celeriac Mash with a Lobster Sauce
  • Spinach, Ricotta and GOat's Cheese Pancake with a Red Pesto Sauce and sprinkled with Diced Tomatoes

All served with Brussel Sprouts, Carrots, Honey Roasted Parsnips and Roast Pototoes

  • Traditional Christmas Pudding served with Brandy Sauce
  • Fresh Fruit Salad marinated in Kirsch served with Orange Sorbet
  • Profiteroles dipped in White Chocolate and drizzled with a Dark Chocolate Sauce
  • Cranberry Eton Mess served in a Brandy Snap Basket on a Wild Strawberry Coulis
