  • Roasted Butternut Squash Soup with Saffron Cream
  • Chicken Liver Pate with a Redcurrant Compote and Melba Toasts
  • Creamy Garlic Mushrooms served on a Lightly Toasted Cheese Brioche
  • Grilled Fillet of Sole with a Saffron and Cucumber Sauce
  • Traditional Roast Breast of Turkey with Sage & Onion Seasoning and Cranberry Sauce
  • Roast Sirloin of Beef with Red Wine Jus and Creamy Horseradish
  • Grilled Supreme of Chicken with a Creamy White Wine and Tarragon Sauce
  • Pan Fried Salmon with Whole Grain Mustard Mash and garnished with a Herb and Lemon Butter
  • Winter Vegetable Wellington wrapped in Filo Pastry and served with a Light Mustard Sauce
  • All served with Buttered Carrots, Green Beans and Roast Potatoes
  • Christmas Pudding with Brandy Sauce
  • Profiteroles filled with Whipped Double Cream, dipped in White Chocolate and drizzled with Dark Chocolate Sauce
  • Christmas Winter Berry Trifle
  • Freshly Filtered Coffee served with Mince Pies
