  • Homemade Carrot and Coriander Soup served in a Mug
  • Smoked Trout Mousse with Apple and Horseradish Mayonnaise served with French Toast
  • Fan of Melon with Tropical Fruits on a Peach Coulis
  • Grilled Fillet of Sole with a White Wine and Cucumber Sauce
  • Traditional Roast Breast of Turkey with Sage & Onion Seasoning, Chipolata Sausage wrapped in bacon and Cranberry Sauce
  • Baked Salmon with a Herb Crust on a Saffron Sauce
  • Chump Chop on a Spring Onion Mash with a Mint Jus
  • Goat’s Cheese, Spinach and Ricotta Pancake with a Red Pesto Sauce

All served with Buttered Carrots, Green Beans and Roast Potatoes

  • Christmas Pudding with Brandy Sauce
  • Winter Berry Fool in a Brandy Snap Basket with Strawberry Coulis
  • Fresh Fruit Salad with Orange Sorbet
