- Creamy Garlic Mushrooms served on a Lightly Toasted Cheese Brioche
- Grilled Fillet of Sole with a Saffron and Cucumber Sauce
- Traditional Roast Breast of Turkey with Sage & Onion Seasoning and Cranberry Sauce
- Roast Sirloin of Beef with Red Wine Jus and Creamy Horseradish
- Grilled Supreme of Chicken with a Creamy White Wine and Tarragon Sauce
- Pan Fried Salmon with Whole Grain Mustard Mash and garnished with a Herb and Lemon Butter
- Winter Vegetable Wellington wrapped in Filo Pastry and served with a Light Mustard Sauce
