Conservatory
Minimum no for initial booking: 25 and maximum 30. If this reduces to below 21, we reserve the right to sell another table & not guarantee a private room.

All part payments and final payments are non-refundable. Full payment is due should any person fail to attend.
Final Payments Due
Please note that final payments must be made at least 1 month prior to your party night or festive meal, together with menu choices The number of guests booked at 1 month before your function is the number who must pay the final balance. No cancellations can be made later than 1 month before your function - late payment of your final balance does not exempt cancellations from payment.
Late Number Increases
For party nights and festive meals, menu choices and payment in full must be received by the hotel at least 24 hrs before event.
Minimum Numbers
Please note that the minimum numbers book able For party nights are 10 people. Should numbers drop below 10, you will be charged for 10
No guests will be allowed in without payment, places that are not filled during the meal can not be filled later
No guests will be allowed to join a table after 10pm
Dress code
No jeans or trainers
