  • Carrot and Coriander Soup
  • Fan of Melon served with Tropical Fruits on a Raspberry Coulis

  • Marinated Seafood Salad
Main Course
  • Grilled Haddock Steak served on a Bed of Stir Fried Vegetables
  • With a Tomato, Mint and Lime Salsa
  • Chicken Strips in a Mushroom and Pesto Sauce served with Rice
  • Roast Leg of Lamb seasoned with Fresh Rosemary and Garlic
  • Roast Sirloin of Beef with Yorkshire Pudding

All served with Roast or New Potatoes and Chefs Selection of Vegetables
