- Cream of Mushroom Soup
- Spaghetti with Artichoke, French Beans, Olives, Garlic and Red Pesto
- Salmon and Broccoli Mousse served with Dill Crème Fraiche
- Smoked Duck served on a Salad of Beetroot, Rocket Baby Spinach And Orange Dressing
Main Course
- Grilled Butterfly Mackerel served with Capers and Parmesan Cheese
- Pan-fried Chump Chop served on Mash Potato and served with Mint Jus
- Roast Loin of Pork with Apple Sauce
- Roast Sirloin of Beef with Yorkshire Pudding
