  • Lobster Bisque laced with Cream and Cognac
  • Prawn Mousse wrapped in Smoked Salmon with an Avocado Puree, garnished with a King Prawn
  • Pearls of Melon marinated in Port with Orange and Pink Grapefruit segments topped with Mango Sorbet
  • Smoked Duck served on a Warm Salad of Rocket, Baby Spinach and Beetroot with a Pink Peppercorn Dressing
  • Cod wrapped in Pancetta served on a Pea and Goat's Cheese Risotto
  • Sorbet: “Raspberry Daquiri ”

  • Pan Fried Fillet of Seabass served on crushed New Potatoes with a Fennel and Tarragon Sauce
  • Peppered Steak Medallions with a Marsala and Wild Mushroom Sauce
  • Supreme of Guinea Fowl on White Cabbage cooked in Cream and Mustard wiith a Saffron Sauce
