  • Smoked Salmon served on Toasted Brioche and topped with a Poached Egg and Hollandaise Sauce
  • Pearls of Melon served in a Glass with Kiwi, Pineapple marinated in Malibu and topped with Mango Sorbet
  • Sautéed Quail’s Breast served on a Warm Salad of Rocket, Baby Spinach and Beetroot with a Raspberry Vinaigrette
  • Fiery Prawns in Tempura Batter served with a Cool Yoghurt and Dill Dip

  • Fillet Steak topped with a Quenelle of Pate, served on a Spinach filled Portobello Mushroom and a Caper Sauce
